Origin

Started in August of 2020, mid-pandemic, I wanted to give my mind something to focus on during quarantine other than the overwhelming news. This gave me time to do my make up and dress up, etc. As I started getting more in touch with my African side, I admired the jewelry they would wear. I never really wore accessories in the first place so to see how waistbeads were worn so beautifully I had to get some of my own which then inspired me to make waist beads for myself. It also gave me reasons to want to feel more connected to my African roots and gain more self-confidence. Quarantine forced me to be alone with my ideas and sooner than later blossomed a beautiful multi-purpose business!
